It is our pleasure to announce that on June 3, 2015 Finesia Consulting Sp. z o.o. acquired Sagitta.Co Sp. z o.o., an accounting outsourcing company. The merger is expected to result in greater efficiencies and increase the companies' combined market share. Sagitta.Co which will operate under that name for some time is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Finesia Consulting but the consolidation will be a gradual process.
